General:These terms apply to any contract between us for the sale of any Artwork(s) and or Item(s) including any order placed by you for any Artwork(s) and or Item(s) over the Website.
Placing and accepting an order: By placing placing an order through our website you are making an offer to Wilton Gallery to purchase Artwork(s) and or Item(s) detailed in your order from us and an email from us of your order confirmation does not constitute an order acceptance by Wilton Gallery and if for any reason we are unable to accept your order, we will provide you with a full refund within 14 days. Acceptance of your order will take place when we dispath the Artwork(s) or Item(s) to you. Until we dispatch the Artwork(s) or Item(s) to you, no contract will have been formed between us. We reserve the right at our discretion and without the need to give reason, not to accept the order, we will let you know as soon as is reasonable possible.
Delivery and shipping: You are liable to pay for delivery and shipping worldwide (including insurance, transport and packaging) costs. On request we can make appropriate arrangements. You may also choose to collect your Artwork(s) or Item(s) in person from the gallery.
Artworks & Item(s): We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of Artwork(s) and or Item(s) appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our Artowrk(s) or Item(s) that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the Artwork(s) and or Item(s) images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
Pricing: You must pay us the full price for the Artwork(s) and or Item(s) together with the delivery costs, any VAT and any amounts payable to us iincluding in connection with exporting from Ireland. All prices are shown in euros. If we discover an error in our pricing, we will inform you as soon as reasonable possible and you will then be given the option of cancelling or re-confirming your order at the correct price. If for any reason, we are unable to contact you using contact details provided by you, we will treat the order as cancelled and will notify you by email. Any cancelled orders will be refunded within 14 days of notice of cancellation.
Further information: Non Traders Buyers: This clause applies where the sale of Artwork(s) or Item(s) is to an individual acting for the purpose which are wholly or mainly outside that individual's trade, craft or profession (the Consumer").
If you concluded a transaction exclusively at a distance you have a right to cancel the contract for the purchase of the Artwork(s) and or Item(s) in question within 14 days from the day you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indciated by you acquires the physical possession of the Artwork(I) and or Item(s).
If you cancel a contract concluded exclusively from distance for the purchase of Artwork(s) and or Item(s) we will reimburse to you all payments (less admin fees) received from you. We will make a deduction for loss of in the value of the Artwork, if the loss is from uneccessary handling by you. If we do not receive the Artwork(s) and or Item(s) back from you we may arrange for the collection of the Artwork(s) and or Item(s) from you at your cost.
We offer a 14 days cancellation policy on all Artwork(s) (excluding sculpture) and or Item(s), on the basis that these are retuned to us in the condition in which they were dispatched. Please contact us in writing to inform us of that Artwork(s) and or Item(s) are being returned by email headed "Notice of Return of Artwork(s)." The Artwork and or Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging and any return delivery cost (inclusive of any duties and taxes) will be bourne by you.
We will make reimbursement without undue delay and no later than (a)14 days after we receive the Artwork(s) and or Item(s) back from you, or (if earlier) (b) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the Artwork(s) and or Item(s). A reimbursement (less admin charges) will be issued to the original payment card.
