Wigglesworth is a contemporary Irish Artist (1979). Throughout his career he has negotiated between music and painting. Wigglesworth moves effortlessly between the two mediums. His work has been shown internationally from New York to Miami, to Edinburgh to Paris. The work seeks to capture the ethereal by exploring texture, movement, and effects of spatial illusion. Inspired by music and the Irish landscape; they aim to present a celebration of abstraction in its pure form rather than a representation of the natural world. He is interested in exploring the properties of paint as an artistic device.
